Initial appointments are scheduled at a location convenient to you. These range from one to two hour appointments to assess your needs.
What can a new patient expect?
We begin with a full introduction and an outline of the services, an opportunity to meet the nurse, and provide guidance regarding payments and insurances accepted. The next step is to make a plan of care for the patient in conjunction with the family’s and doctors’ requests.
How much advance notice do I need to provide to you before my surgery to arrange for care?
Please contact us as soon as possible so that we may review with you and your doctors the plans for your care and provide you with the best information possible. We understand that there are times when it will not be possible to provide advance notice. Nevertheless, it is essential that you or a family member contact us prior to the release of the patient from hospital and a return to the home so that we can provide all necessary support.
Does A+ Healthcare provide nursing services for conditions not listed on your website such as Alzheimer’s patient care, behavioral health care for children with other conditions, etc.?
