Services

We accept patients that are eligible for Pediatric Care (new born – 12 years) and children/young adults (13-21 years old). We also provide services for adults on a case by case basis offering round the clock care in 8 – 12 hours shifts. Interpretation is provided upon request for clients who cannot speak English.

High Quality feeding, some housekeeping and patient care services including bathing, bed linen changes or socialization and wellness visits to check on the patient’s weight, blood pressure, etc.

Home skills visits: To check the wellness of the baby, check weight and blood pressure and to teach parents how to feed their children using the new machines. Help parents with coping, understanding their child’s needs, helping reduce family stress. We can provide bathing services, laundry and light housekeeping in the care of the patients.

Respite care:  Our staff can accompany and provide transportation of patient and family member(s) to doctor visits as well as family outings. We will stay with your loved one, provide meals, companionship, and personal care. The nurses we provide will take the time to treat you and your family member with the care and compassion that is needed.

On Going Care: Going the extra mile to provide any additional support post-discharge from treatment and services. We offer extended care plans, follow up phone calls, and guidance in the care and wellness visits upon request. It is important to us that your family member improves in health and we are here to support you. We can schedule meetings prior to and upon discharge from the hospital to the home.
